TECLINE Open buoy for divers 25/122 cm with weights

Open decompression buoy

The decompression buoy is made of very durable nylon. It is used to support the ascent process and to signal the diver's position underwater. The TECLINE open buoy measures 25 x 122 cm and is equipped with lead weights. The buoy is available in orange colour.

Instructions for using the open decompression buoy:

• Unroll the buoy.
• Attach to line from spool or reel.
• Fill the buoy using the acetopus.

IMPORTANT - inflate the buoy by pushing the bypass octopus in pulses to minimise the possibility of freezing the regulator, be careful not to tangle the line and that the buoy does not pull the diver upwards. Control line unwinding, once buoy reaches the surface select slack. Begin ascent in accordance with the procedures in force. Try to keep the line taut at all times to prevent gas escaping from the buoy.

NOTE: The buoy must be thoroughly rinsed in clean fresh water after each use. Then dry in a shaded airy place. Store in a dry, shaded place.
