• Put the mask on your face by pulling the headband over the back of your head.
• Pull on the ends of the band so that the mask fits snugly against your face. If the headband is too tight, loosen it using the buckles and then re-adjust it properly.
• To safely remove the mask, loosen the headgear with the buckles and place it back in front of the face.
• When entering the water from the boat, hold the mask close to your face and hold it with one hand. Do not dive head down or face down first.
• If you feel the mask is pressed against your face by the water pressure, blow air through your nose.
• If the lenses fog up, apply an anti-fogging solution to the inside of the lenses and rinse with water.

• The fins make it easier to navigate in the water, both on the surface and under the water.
• Only donning fins when in the water or immediately before diving from the boat. Do not use fins when coming out of the water. Walk backwards only in the water to avoid tripping.
• To keep the fins snug and comfortable, wet your feet and fins before attaching them.
• Put on the fin and then place the strap behind your heel to adjust the tension. If you pull the fin too much, release the strap and readjust it again.

• The snorkel allows you to breathe while swimming close to the surface, without having to lift your head out of the water.
• Attach the hook of the snorkel to the head of the mask with the snorkel on the left side.
• Place the tube in your mouth, breathing normally and gently.
• If you feel water in the tube, squeeze your lips lightly and blow vigorously to empty it.
