ZEAGLE Recon diving fins

Recon revolutionizes fin technology in terms of its basic geometry, angles, surface area and thickness, combining a simple design with the latest advances in dynamic movement in the water. The fins are designed to achieve optimal flexibility and provide stability for technical divers who prefer alternative styles of swimming (e.g. breaststroke or helicopter). The combination of the aerodynamic surface, four strategically placed skid plates on the top and bottom of the fin, and the outer thick side edges provide optimal propulsion and functionality of the entire fin.

BUCKLES AND SPRINGS
Adjusting the length of the spring may be necessary if the diver changes boots frequently, diving in different wetsuits or drysuits. For this reason, a unique buckle was designed, which has an adjustable spring length of up to 5 cm. This system uses a bolt and self-locking nut with specially designed washers, resulting in a simple, robust and extremely secure system.

FLOW CHANNELS
Special flow channels on the top and bottom of the fins hold more water volume for better push off for alternate kick types.

TUBLE
The tubules have been designed using the best quality materials and advanced shape geometry to achieve an optimal level of flexibility. They differ in thickness where the effectiveness of operation depends on the appropriate flexibility.

FIN GEOMETRY
Optimized 25º angle between foot pocket and blade is ideal for alternate kick types, giving better push power.

FOOT POCKET
Internal channels in the foot pocket make it easy to put the fins on and off. The flow of water into the channel avoids suction and increases sole stiffness, so that the force is better transferred from the sole of the fin to the blade.
