This rugged, solar-charged dive computer with smartwatch features and components made using recycled plastic reclaimed from areas where it could end up in the ocean has been designed with the environment in mind. SOLAR ENERGY CHARGING - Stay in the water longer with up to 25 hours in dive mode, up to 124 days in solar-charged watch mode1 and up to 39 hours in solar-charged GPS mode3.
ECO-FRIENDLY DESIGN - 100% of the plastics used in the watch case, bezel and buttons are derived from materials that would end up in the oceans. The eco-friendly design of the device supports efforts to protect marine life.
DESIGNED WITH DURABILITY IN MIND - This rugged dive computer features a solar-charged display, a 45.5mm polymer-reinforced case and a scratch-resistant sapphire lens. The device is waterproof even at depths of 100m and complies with US military standards (810) for temperature, shock and water resistance.
DIVING MODES - There are multiple dive modes to choose from, including single mix diving, multi-mix diving (including nitrox and trimix), depth gauge, apnea, apnea hunting and rebreather.
MULTIPLE GNSS NETWORKS ON THE SURFACE - Monitor surface entry and ascent points with advanced satellite connectivity.
DIVE REGISTER - You can store and view data for up to 200 dives - and share them via the Garmin Dive2 app.
ADJUSTABLE DIVE MODES - For each dive mode, you can add additional screens containing the fields you want to see.

FITNESS AGE - This feature uses your metric age, weekly high activity minutes and resting heart rate to estimate whether your body is younger or older than your age. You can also get advice on lowering your fitness age.
REGENERATION ASSISTANT - After each workout, the recovery time values will let you know when you will be able to proceed with the next intense exercise. This parameter is calculated based on factors such as training intensity, effort, daytime activities and sleep.
EXERCISE STATUS - This gauge evaluates your recent training history and performance indicators, providing information on training effectiveness, peak form or overtraining.
RECOMMENDED DAILY TRAINING - For training guidance that takes into account your fitness level, see the daily running suggestions based on your current training load and condition.
DAILY Breathing MONITORING - Track your breathing throughout the day, during sleep, breathing exercises and activities such as yoga.
ADVANCED MONITORING AND SLEEP QUALITY ASSESSMENT - Get a detailed picture of your sleep quality based on the timing of shallow, deep and REM5 sleep phases. All this information can be displayed in a special widget that includes sleep quality assessment and sleep statistics.
