We will try to make the return procedure as friendly as possible for you. Procedure described below will speed up process but it is not mandatory.
Below you will find a few steps to help us process your return:
- In the package you received there was a return form - Fill it in with your details, account number, and order number. - You will find it in the e-mail with confirmation of purchase or after logging in the shop in the shopping history.
- Place the completed form in the parcel together with the original proof of purchase and the goods to be returned.
- Put the return sticker with the purchase number on the parcel - it will help us speed up your processing.

If you wish to take advantage of our 30 day return guarantee, please note that:
- Returned goods must be of full value i.e. free from mechanical damage, scratches and dirt.
- We measure the equipment "dry" without entering the water.
- The parcel has to reach our head office - unfortunately we do not support returns in Paczkomaty or pick-up points.
But I want to exchange and not return the goods!
The procedure is exactly the same.
We want the right goods to reach our customers as soon as possible so we split the "exchange" procedure into return and purchase of the right goods. On the day you receive the parcel with the wrong goods you can already purchase the optimal one. This saves time before the parcel is unpacked and reshipped.
INFORMATION ON EXERCISING YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period of withdrawal shall expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform DIVEZONE.PL sp. z o.o., 87-100 Toruń, ul. Storczykowa 5, tel. +48 56 307 03 03, [email protected] of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
You may use the withdrawal form included in your parcel, but it is not obligatory. You may also fill in and submit a withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement by e-mail. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the item or until you provide us with proof of return, whichever event occurs first.
Please send back or hand over the item to us or to DIVEZONE.PL sp. z o.o., 87-100 Toruń, ul. Storczykowa 5, immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this agreement. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. These costs are estimated at a maximum of about 7 EUR in Poland and about 20 EUR in EU countries.
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from their use other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
